Exiles of the Bhel Sea

The Bhel Sea: a brackish haven for opportunists ruled over by Korsar pirates and freebooters. After centuries of conflict, its shallow seabed is lined with coral and bones, overshadowed by the Korsar castle on the barren volcanic island of Ashenborg.

To Johannes, an apprentice scribe on the island, surviving means looking the other way. While exploring a wrecked ship he hears a girl, Kiera, calling to him from among the bodies. He rescues her from the Korsar and becomes a fugitive.

In the East, drought is taking the lands of the Sentinels. The last tribes struggle for political supremacy, while locked in a war with invading nomads. Jhared is the leader of the Elaan, a decimated band of warriors caught between these forces. He refuses to submit to the priests, but will no longer risk his warband in a futile war. He chooses exile instead.

Anna is the daughter of a Southern nobleman, but is enslaved when her family’s rival stages a coup. While her father’s killer keeps her sisters hostage, Anna is forced to spy for him. She is burdened by her feelings of betrayal until ordered north where she learns that exiles can sometimes return home.

Three journeys, one story. The Exiles of the Bhel Sea.

The Runes of Odin

All Calum remembers is growing up in a peaceful settlement in the Isles on the edge of the North Sea. Across that icy sea, Lena has grown up the daughter of an Isles man taken as a slave in a Northern raid.

As their two worlds collide, a spiralling cycle of violence, fear and bloodshed begins to engulf Calum and Lena. It seems that only by combining their fledgling knowledge of the Rune of Odin might they escape a terrible fate.

The battle between the Norselands and the Isles is over, but new battles await in the farthest reaches of the northern fjords: an icy wasteland inhabited by trolls, dwarves and goblins.

With enemies behind and ahead, Calum and Lena must answer the call of destiny. Their apprenticeship as duelva and vala will ready them to serve Odin's legacy, but only an assured command of the runes can bring triumph in the looming final battle against the ancient forces of chaos.

The Iron Throne

Ragnarok, the long prophesied end of the world, is looming as Calum, Lena and the Norse army withdraw ahead of the invading chaos horde. Under siege by their ancient enemy, the Jarls set aside their competition to band together to face this common foe.

Calum and Lena's quest for mastery of the runes of Odin is drawing to an end as they summon every power they can to defend the Iron Throne - the seat of the Great Jarl of Harlheim. Whoever holds the throne, holds the Norselands. The harsh northern winter signals a race of survival for the Norse - and for Calum and Lena. All that stands in the way of the destruction of their worlds is the runes of Odin and their courage...
